Truckee local's, Matty and Adele McInnis have owned and managed The Mill Juice Shop since 2018 after being long-time and frequent visitors.​

Matty and Adele became inspired by The Mill and began creating their own unique and healthy juice recipes at home. So when Adele was ready to leave her corporate job for something more fulfilling it made perfect sense to become the new owner of her favorite juice bar. You can now find Adele at The Mill consulting her customers on how to use cold-pressed juice, elixirs and power-packed smoothies to treat anything from sore muscles to fatigue to colds.

The McInnis's live in Truckee with their 5-year old son, Cru and 3-year old daughter, Maven as well as two furry children. When they are not exploring the open road in their RV, they can often be found at the Truckee Bike Park or hitting the slopes together.
